Gator Board Printing

Gatorboard mounting is a process where the artwork is printed on vinyl material and then mounted to the substrate. Gator mounting is a two-stage printing process that takes more time and in turn costs the consumer more money. Gator mounting was traditionally an industry standard until the invention of flatbed printers that utilize direct print. We offers a grand format digital LED direct print process, allowing for high-quality images to be printed directly onto the gatorboard substrate. In fact, this process in conjunction with our fully automated printing facility enables us to offer such affordable gatorboard printing  for any sign you can imagine. They are available in 3/16" (the same thickness as standard foam board), and 1/2" thick. Gator Board print is great for presentations that will be handled often, meetings, trade show exhibitors, or for documents that need the extra strength to hold up against unforeseen conditions.

Meter boards are an effective, affordable and reusable Gator Board / Ultra Board sign that is typically displayed using Gator Feet, a steel base, or a fold able custom base. Meter Boards are can be used for promoting an event, sponsorship recognition, brand recognition, product introductions, event sales, and more. Hotels use meter boards to convey directions and to bring attention to events and corporate meetings.

We offer Meter Boards in any width up to 60” wide; however, the standard widths are 24”, 30”, 36”, 48”, and 60”. Meter Boards can be as tall as 96” height with our standard feet; however, we also offer these boards up to 120” high.
